VITACARE MEDICAL PRODUCTS supplies recognized Dealers, Agencies, Distributors, and Institutions in the medical and home health care markets. All orders are subject to acceptance by VITACARE MEDICAL PRODUCTS. We reserve the right to require payment with order when necessary.
ORDER SIZE:
Minimum order of $100 before taxes and shipping.
TAXES:
GST, if applicable, is extra.
Provincial Sales Tax, if applicable, is extra.
SHIPPING:
F.O.B. OUR PLANT, CONCORD, ONTARIO.
WARRANTIES:
All our products are guaranteed to the original purchaser to be free from manufacturer defects. We are not responsible for misuse, neglect, or other uses or applications not specifically stated. Please notify us if a problem occurs.
SHIPPING CLAIMS:
We do not assume responsibility for loss or damage in transit. Any loss or damage should be reported to the carrier within 48 hours and any compensation obtained from the same.
CUSTOM ORDERS:
We welcome orders for custom items. However, returns on custom items will not be accepted.
RETURN ORDERS:
Goods returned for credit require prior approval from VITACARE MEDICAL PRODUCTS. All items must be shipped PREPAID, and be in the original saleable condition. A 20% restocking charge may apply.
